We will provide a fully comprehensive fixed price quotation, inclusive of all plans, structural engineers calculations, craftsmanship, materials, plumbing, lighting, sockets and smoke alarms.

With your acceptance of our quotation we will carry out a fully comprehensive measured survey by qualified architect and have detailed plans drawn up for your approval, incorporating many design features and specific requirements

The approved plans will then be submitted for planning if required (although not always necessary) and building regulation approval.
